It is imperative to properly prepare to receive a disclosure. In some cases, when there is no preparation with a professional, this could lead to more trauma. If booking with us, we will have a step-by-step process of in-session prep, homework assignments, psychoeducation, exploring outcomes, planning and check-in sessions. The number of sessions to needed can be hard to gauge. Every client's needs and prep time can be different. The estimated time would be a minimum of 10 to about a maximum of 20 sessions. Pricing per session can be found on the professional's individual website or spoken about during initial complementary session.

​ Important note: Jordan and Steph are two separate professionals who collaborate in this process but do not work under the same company. This means we each manage our own schedules and have our own pricing structures. For the joint 4-way meeting, the cost is $100 per professional ($200 total) for an 80-minute session.
